2005: Debuts as the 2nd graduate of the Dragon Gate system. His debut and character is produced by Magnum TOKYO, and his influence is evident in many aspects of Hulks' character. The most obvious is his trademark dance, which became the lone dance left in DG when Magnum departed. His limitless potential was the "Pos." part of the Pos.HEARTS unit that was created to guide his growth. Naturally his generational peer Shingo became his rival.
2006: After finally defeating Shingo in a singles match, he got his first Dream Gate shot. In defeat, Shingo trusted Hulk to the care of CIMA. The 2 formed the Blood Hearts team. Along with Jack Evans, they won the August Open the Triangle Gate tournament. They also recorded a songs for a single called 1,000,000 Dreams. At the Kobe World Hall show, has a match with Mexican legend Dos Caras.
2007: Continues teaming with CIMA, going along with the formation of Typhoon. His participation with them was actually rather distant. The reason for this was made clear soon, as he allied with Shingo, who was returning from the US. Together they formed New Hazard. In July it looks as though he was on his way to another Dream Gate match, when he advanced to the finals of a 1 night #1 contender tournament. Unfortunately he suffered a broken jaw in his prior match, and had to forfeit. He missed then next several months before returning in October.

Thus far in 2008, Hulk has been pre-occupied feuding with Yasushi Kanda, and an inter-unit war with YAMATO before he left for MO'z. He and Shingo had a brief reign as GHC Jr. Tag champions. Shingo and Kong betrayed him, ending NH. He ended up aligned with Doi and Yoshino in WORLD-1. The feud with Kanda led to the appearance of a dark version, Killer Hulk.
