1998: Debuts for Toryumon as a 2nd term student.
1999: Comes to Japan for the first Toryumon Japan landing. Aligns with Susumu Mochizuki in Mexico as a heel team. Wins the Young Dragons Cup.
2000: Along with Susumu, feuds with Crazy MAX and Masaaki Mochizuki. After taking Mochi to a draw in a match, the 3 align as the original M2K. Begins to sport his trademark Mohawk hairstyle.
2001: Feuds with Big Fuji. On 10/10, he took a Beach Break from Genki Horiguchi which caused a 1.5cm shift in vertebrae in his neck.
2002: After missing the year due to the injury, he announced his retirement on 9/8. He had his retirement match on 10/28, vs. Stalker Ichikawa. He would assume an office position, in addition to becoming a full time referee for the next 4 years.
2006: After some arguments with Don Fujii while refereeing, Kanda began to retaliate physically. This boiled over in February when a nasty Blood Generation assault sent Kanda to the back. He returned in his wrestling gear, mohawk intact. The original M2K reunited the following month. Kanda continued to referee, starting a rivalry with fellow ref Kinta Tomoaka, who had turned heel and was aiding Muscle Outlaw'z in their matches. This was coming full circle, as Kanda began refereeing as a heel for M2K. Kanda would return again for the annual Kobe World Hall show, participating in an 8 man tag vs. an MO'z team. Later in July he signed a wrestler contract and made a full return to the ring. His protégé Yamato Onodera debuted on the same show that Kanda made his full time wrestler debut, as his opponent. After the match Kanda passed his Gekokujoh character on to his pupil, and began his long road back. He aligned with the Renaissance concept that was not a real unit.
2007: Wins the Open the Brave Gate, making a return to the top end of the card. After remaining without a unit since his return, Kanda finally chose a path in October. He returned to his natural heel roots, joining Muscle.

Kanda has had a high profile 2008 thus far. He has scored some big wins, and is all over the unit shuffle. He is violently feuding with BxB Hulk, which has included several assaults on his hair. He also is openly targeting fellow MO'z member Masato Yoshino, causing great internal strife. This boiled over on 5/5, during the 6 way cage match. Kanda turned on Yoshino, but it came to haunt him as Yoshino helped cause Kandas' loss and haircut. He followed the rest of MO'z to Real Hazard.
