New Hazard was born in April 2007. BxB Hulk and Cyber Kong betrayed Typhoon and Muscle Outlaw'z, respectively, to align with the returning Shingo Takagi. Yamato Onodera would also be returning from the US to join them for their formal debut the following month. Together they would be forming a Dragon Gate new generation unit.
After losing his Super Shenlong mask, Shinobu was invited by YAMATO to join. He accepted, for when he participates for DG.
YAMATO betrayed them to join Muscle in April 2008. Shingo and Kong went on to betray Hulk to form Real Hazard. This ended New Hazard activity 4 days after their official year anniversary.
